I’ve never driven before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Beginner lessons start with the basics and build up step by step. Tell us you’re new to driving when you enquire so we can plan your first lesson.
Can I learn in a manual or automatic car?
Yes, the school offers both manual and automatic tuition. Tell us your preference and area so we can check the right instructor’s availability.
What do I need for my first lesson?
You’ll need a valid UK provisional driving licence for lessons. We’ll confirm the meeting point and anything else to bring when arranging your booking.
How long is a driving lesson?
Lessons are usually arranged in one- or two-hour slots, depending on your goals and instructor availability. Confirm the duration of each lesson before booking a block.
How much do lessons cost?
Published prices start at £35 per hour, £170 for a five-lesson block and £330 for a ten-lesson block. Your final quote, lesson lengths and availability will be confirmed before you book.
How often should I have a lesson?
Talk to us about your routine, experience and aims. Together we can discuss a lesson schedule that fits. There is no fixed number of lessons that suits everyone.
Do you offer intensive courses?
Yes. Courses range from 5 to 45 tuition hours. Tell Nida about your previous experience, available days and any test already booked. Confirm the hours, price and schedule directly; a course does not guarantee a test date or pass.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Manchester and the North West, including Altrincham, Alderley Edge, Bolton, Bury, Didsbury, Macclesfield, Middleton, Oldham, Salford, Stockport and Wilmslow. Enquire with your postcode to confirm local availability.
What if I need to cancel a lesson?
Contact Nida or your instructor as early as possible. Charges may apply to missed lessons or late cancellations. Agree the applicable cancellation and refund terms before you confirm a booking.
How do I book and pay?
Call or WhatsApp Nida to discuss your area, experience and preferred times. The school confirms your booking and payment arrangements directly. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a lesson.
Can you help me get ready for my practical test?
Yes. Test preparation includes manoeuvres, roundabouts, mock tests and independent driving. Your instructor will assess your safe driving before agreeing to the school car being used for a practical test.
What are the block booking conditions?
Ask Nida to confirm lesson lengths, the package total, when payment is due and any cancellation or unused-lesson refund conditions before you pay. Your individual booking arrangements are agreed directly.
